Suitable physical exercise for you will benefit your body and its current fitness level. Important recommendations we advise are as follows:

  • Exercise regularly and diligently persist in physical exercises if you wish to attain long term effects of these exercises.
  • Perform physical exercises 3-5 times per week at fixed intervals where exercise duration ranges between 20-30 minutes.
  • Select types of exercise in which you find enjoyment and you can include in your daily activities program.
  • Don't attempt to reach high physical fitness very quickly. Start gently and exercise in adequate strength that makes you feel moderate fatigue and then gradually increase your effort over the first four weeks.
